Rachel Schneewind is an experienced, professional editor with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for perfection.
With over 30 years of experience in the publishing business, she has edited manuscripts for distinguished university presses, major publishing companies, and numerous graduate students and professors. She helped proofread new editions of the Encyclopedia Americana and other major reference works, and was a copy editor for the second edition of the Encyclopedia Britannica collection, Great Books of the Western World.
Rachel is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Oberlin College. She lives in Providence, Rhode Island, with her family and a lot of houseplants. In her spare time she writes science fiction and grows tomatoes.
